View Logs
Execution logs can be view from two places, from the main navigation or within an integration flow.
Execution logs include the following fields:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Integration (seen in the Execution Log - main navigation) | Tells what integration this log belong to |
Action | Shows the particular action in the integration flow that cause the log entry |
Date | When the log happened |
Trigger | Can either be ATLASSIAN or WEBHOOK. Read more on |
Context | This is the issue key that the integration operates on |
Status | The status code returned by the remote server, hover it will show status text if there is any |
Time | The execution time it took to send and receive the data |
Size | The size of the returned response |
View (Button) | A button to view more details, clicking it will show request details and response details. |
Execution Log (main navigation)
Click the Execution Log link in the left hand side main navigation. This will bring a page like below.
To view the logs, select an integration and click Filter button and logs will be loaded in.
There is also the option to include a start and end date time to filter the logs further.
Execution Log (within a integration flow)
Click on Integrations and select an Integration, Click link in the left hand side called Execution log below the Trigger link. This will bring a page like below.
Click Filter button and logs will be loaded in.

Log retention and Verbose logging
Access the execution log in a flow and use the drop-down menu to set the log retention period. If you want to investigate why an action did not trigger, such as due to a failed condition, turn on the detailed log view.
