Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) helps meet onward international data transfer requirements under applicable data protection laws. The DPA is pre-signed by Rixter AB. To enter into this DPA, you must:

(a) be a customer of Tempo cloud products and services;

(b) complete the signature block in the DPA by signing and providing all relevant information, as well as provide contact information of your data protection or compliance officer in Annex I.A to the EU SCCs in Exhibit 1 to this DPA; and
