End User License Agreement (EULA)
These Provider-Specific Terms supplement and, where specified, override the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (Version 1.0) (the “Standard Agreement”). These Terms form the binding agreement between you and Rixter AB ("Rixter", "Provider" or "Licensor") regarding the use of Rixter’s Atlassian Marketplace apps.
By placing an Order for a Rixter App on the Atlassian Marketplace (https://marketplace.atlassian.com ), you agree to be bound by:

These Rixter Provider-Specific Terms
1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You may not use the Rixter Products to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Transmit or store illegal content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security or performance of the Product or other services.
2. Data Protection Addendum (DPA)
Rixter adheres to the Rixter Data Protection Addendum (DPA) which complies with GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA. The DPA governs our processing of Customer Data, including subprocessors, deletion, transfer mechanisms, and security.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Availability: Rixter commits to 99.9% monthly uptime for Cloud-hosted Products.
Exclusions: Downtime caused by planned maintenance (with prior notice) or Force Majeure is excluded.
4. Liability Override
Notwithstanding Section 14.3 of the Standard Agreement, the General Cap shall apply to all claims, including those arising under the Data Protection Addendum (DPA). The Enhanced Cap shall not apply.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Override
Notwithstanding Section 19.2 of the Standard Agreement, this Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its principles on conflicts of laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Expedited Arbitrations of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm, and the language shall be English.
6. Modifications
We may update these Provider-Specific Terms with 30 days’ notice via the Atlassian Marketplace listing. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
