Get it on Atlassian market version

Step 1. Create a Delegated Field

1. Navigate to Custom Fields https://<YOUR_INSTANCE>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewCustomFields.jspa

2. Click Create Custom

3. Select All

4. Search for Delegated and select the type Delegetated Field
   
   

   Open

   

5. Give it a name and finish the creation of the field. The field is smart and can be rendered as different types, this is done from the Project Settings page and can be done by project admins.

Step 2. Configure the field

1. Go to the project where the field will be used

2. Add it to the screen (if not all ready added)

3. Click Project Settings (cog)

4. Expand Apps and click Delegated Fields
   
   

5. Click Configure Rendering

6. Select how the field shall render as
   
   

7. Enter values as a comma separated list
   
   

8. click submit

Done!

Use the fields as a normal field on the issue.
