Use group to create a folder structure within your Outbound Integrations. The group is not an outbound action itself, just a grouping functionality for others to be placed in.
Note: when using inbound integrations, the actions must be placed in a group to be able to access incoming request data.
Example of groups:
In the picture below, all that has the folder icon as such as ServiceNow has is a group.
