This app helps teams identify, assess, and visualize risks by displaying issues in a dynamic risk matrix using probability and impact fields.

1. Add the Risk Matrix widget

  1. Install the app.

  2. Go to the Dashboard.

  3. Click Add widget and select Risk Matrix.

  4. Goto Administration → Integrations → Risk Manager Admin to setup fields and values

2. Embed the Risk Matrix in a knowledge base page

  1. Open a page in your Knowledge Base.

  2. Click Image and embedded content.

  3. Select the Widget tab.

  4. Choose Risk Matrix from the list.

3. Configure the widget

  1. Enter a query to define which issues should be included in the matrix.

    This query determines the scope of the data shown.

  2. Select a Probability field and an Impact field.

    • Both fields must be of type Enum.

    • Each field must contain predefined values.
