1. Login to Zendesk

  2. Navigate to API

3. You may choose between Token or OAuth credentials, in this tutorial we will use API Token
4. Click Enable, add a description and click Save, copy the Token, you will need it for later use.

Adding Zendesk credentials in iHub

  1. Go to Credentials in Integration Hub for Jira

  2. Add a Basic Auth enter a name, we will call this Zendesk Token

  3. In the username field add {email_address}/token

  4. In the password field add {api_token}

  5. Click Save
